I have upgraded AverTV from 6.5.1 to 6.5.2 version, but couldn’t find Channel Scan button in AverTV Settings. How to resolve this problem?

Please complete following steps. On Windows XP: Go to Start => Settings =>Control Panel=>Display=>Advanced and set DPI to normal (96DPI)

On Windows 7/Windows 8 platforms: in Control Panel=> Display=> set DPI to 100% default

What to do when the USB TV tuner is not recognized by my computer, and in Device Manager yellow exclamation mark is shown with eHome Infrared Receiver text?

Step 1: Please uninstall the old USB 3.0 Controller Driver from Control Panel -> Uninstall Program.
Step 2: Please confirm the manufacturer of your motherboard’s USB 3.0 chip, then download the latest update from their official website. For example the model is: Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 controller chip Download latest update from: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=19880
Step 3: Make sure you select the correct driver for your OS version, for example if your Windows 7 is x64 version, make sure to select Drv x64. If the update has been successfully completed, please reboot your computer.
